About Us

We are a team of high school students who have worked alongside experts to intricately formulate a reef-safe sunscreen that doubles as a nourishing skincare product for everyday use. Our deep passion for the ocean and marine life inspired us to create a product that not only protects people from harmful UV rays but also safeguards our fragile coral reefs and underwater ecosystems. Driven by the desire to make a positive environmental impact, we combined science, sustainability, and skincare to develop a solution that promotes both healthy skin and a healthy planet.

Why Coral Guard?

Our sunscreen has been formulated by experts, making it both marine life-friendly and containing replenishing ingredients to meet the needs of your skin.

Water

Reef -- friendly formula

Unlike many conventional chemical sunscreens, our formula is completely free from the four major reef-harming ingredients—Oxybenzone, Octinoxate, Octocrylene, and Homosalate—making it a safer, more responsible choice for ocean lovers and eco-conscious consumers.

White Lotion

Stick -- free

Our sunscreen features a lightweight,  texture for a smooth, mess-free and non-oily application—no more dealing with thick, sticky formulas that leave your skin feeling heavy or irritated. But don’t be fooled by its light feel—our SPF 50+ PA+++ formula delivers full coverage and high-level protection against both UVA and UVB rays, so your skin stays safe and comfortable all day long.

Skincare infused

Packed with aloe, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and centella extract, our sunscreen acts as the perfect skincare product to improve your skin barrier, providing moisture, soothing redness, as well as helping to reduce dark spots on the skin. Furthermore, with the addition of Ginseng extract, our sunscreen provides brightening and anti-aging properties, making it suitable for all skin types!
